“It is not lost upon us that Mr. Mudavadi threw a party for his cronies at his Nairobi residence to celebrate the indictment of Mr. Kenyatta and Mr. Ruto,” Raila accused Mudavadi and on that premise this site contacted our sources and here are the names of those who attended that celebration party (if it was a celebration party as alleged)

His wife Tessy Mudavadi, Chavanga, Osotsi, Flavian Kubasu,Kibisu Kabatesi, Hon.Keya,Hon.Khaniri and Hon.Kizito.

They were also joined by a Madam Edna, a mr. Andrew Semo, a white couple identified as Mr and Mrs. Nixon, a Mr. Buruni Wandekah also brough in two Asians.

Also in attendance Dan Ameyo and Dr.Ambani.

I thought RAO came out guns blazing in support of MM over the cemetary thing.

What has changed his mind?

The politics of the day have changed-while it was expedient to come out in defence of Mudavadi then, it is now expedient to try and resurrect the so called scandals. I hope u now get the picture of who a politician is.

Why have you been quiet until now. This propaganda and mudslinging will not fly this time. You better change strategy, but again it may be too late. MM all the way.

I'd didn't know I was on the same camp as Itumbi. May be the common element is anti-RAOism and it stops at that for sure. Not everyone opposed to RAO is a UK supporter FYI, I am as further from UK as RAO, a position that seems to be misrepresented for many, including RAO himself saying you are either PNU na takataka zake or ODM.

It is likely that the fellow is totally on his own. The O2 will have their way. But I suspect they will also start fighting among themselves.

The question I keep asking, when the Uhuruto group indicated that RAO is the one who has taken them to the Hague (they must have resided to the fact that RAO must really be powerful)...now that Okampo has decided to delay the trials, will they credit RAO for delaying their cases?

I thought only the court has the power to determine the dates not Ocampo, and if I remember right, its UK and FM who appealed some ruling and asked for the case to be delayed until the appeal has been concluded.

splitting hairs!!! Okay, let me rephrase...the UHURUTO group indicated that RAO has the powers to take them to the Hague so as to lock them out of the presidential elections, now that the courts have decided to postpone, will they credit RAO for the same?

I think for MM it was a lost situation, had he stayed in ODM RAO would most likely not had picked him as the running mate - I think he will be looking elsewhere away from the rift and western kenya for a VP.
The only way out was to find an exit. I think he has shown maturity so far and its much credit for him to try this out on his own without joining the g7 guys.
He is still politically young and there is the next and next election still.

I think it would be premature for MM to get into an alliance with Uhuruto now. He needs to establish himself first to avoid putting himself in a similar situation as SKM back in 2007. There's also some sort of rivalry between MM and Eugene which needs to be addressed first. The elections will most probably be in March 2013 which means we have a very long way to go. What UK did on Sunday is not any different from what WR and other politicians have been doing in the last few months only that his was more organized and well funded. There will be a lot of political realignments to be done as we head towards the elections

The genius of Khalwale:
"Hon. Boni Khalwale is just smart with his usual noises. He made sure and convinced Eugene Wamalwa to decamp from FK to the little NFK, only to use him get cash from Ruto/Uhuru to fund his by elections and now the same Khalwale has left the NFK shell to Eugene with no occupants. He has now set his eyes on the Kakamega senate seat, he trapped Musalia and made sure he decamped from ODM to a leased UDF party. As we speak, Musalia is headed for political oblivion why Khalwale is busy getting cash to fund his campaigns as a senator designate. Talk of genius political brains!!
