i dint know PEV started in Kibera, some people were displaced in Molo before the elections!!!!

for definition sake...in our case PEV is the 'POST' election Violence. hiyo ingine ni PRE election Violence. So what happened in Molo was Pre 2007 election violence ama if you want it to be a post election violence case it can be considered as Post '2002' election violence.
