KE is in a unique position since both the west & chings are here. Therefore east & west have to find away of making this marriage work. Else everyone loses. So stop worrying, this marriage has to work if anyone is to benefit from the coming boom of EA economies which will flow into DRC, CAR till Cameroon and south to Mozambique. With that in mind, would any investor want to screw things up? Backward politicians don't stand a chance.

@hisah..how come Chad which discovered oil in 2003 is still wallowing in 80% poverty?

The East started dealing with Africa in the early 2000.

The West started in the 1880s scrumble for Africa.

Mr. a4architect, how can I explain it? A short video to illustrate my point... Its just 2 minutes long, courtesy of Mr. Masukuma, please watch it.

Civil wars are engineered to achieve some obscure point. Like what is happening in Libya today. Especially what is happening in Libya. Its is merely a means to an end. Not an end in itself.

Mr. Hisah, Some leaders in the West are working hard to revive the cold war calling certain Eastern countries 'our number one geopolitical foe'. And these certain Eastern countries are giving back, opposing these Western countries in a tit-for-tat fashion.

We will be the grass that suffers! What shall we do?

@yesuwangu...waaa...really scary video..no wonder you chose a user name that is close to Yesu...
Cant African Govts also counter these civil wars by educating their citizenry on the dangers of civil war and dangers of leaning too much to the West? It seems a well-oiled Govt campaign can counter this using Pro-Govt. NGOs e.t.c

Since truth is absolute, i believe African citizens have the ability to decipher info and get to the truth hence avoid civil wars.

Since we cant invest in nuclear warfare, only Yesu Wetu plus a large doese of truth will help here..

@yesuwangu.. could this be the reason Uganda is posting very low poverty index of 24.5% far much higher than Kenya at 50%?
Maybe Uganda has been bombarded with the Worldbank loans such that once they start mining the oil, the capitalists come in and do as described in the video..

Nigerians have not deciphered what is going on, neither have Ugandans. We Africans might never decipher what is going on.

The characteristics: oil, investors, (short term) blooming capitalism, poverty, (violent) schism in the society, corruption, and .............................. the (permanent?) presence of greatest military in the world.

Both countries are in various stages of the plan in the video. I am afraid for us.
