I tend to agree.
Whereas SLDF were dealt with ruthlessly and Kenyans rejoiced, MRC is different.
Whatever their origins and who funds them, they have romanticized the idea of breaking away to the local population who are falling in love with it.
They definitely learnt from SLDF. Mow down with force some members and others will willingly and rapidly spring up to take their place.
