The court order doesnt stop you from campaigning for/against Uhuruto. It just stops you from debating their eligibility based on the ICC case.

I don't agree, by campaigning for thme, your message would be that they are eligible to vie!!!!

Dont trip yourself.

The court order only bars debate on the merits and demerits of the matter in court.

It does not bar any one from campaigning.

They will however have a tight rope to walk - to try not say anything that would be deemed to discuss their eligibility to vie despite the ICC ruling since that is the matter before court.

By the way it is an age old rule - not to discuss in the public areana, any matter before court - i.e its merit/demerits.

Doesn't the judge know there is a rally scheduled this weekend in Mombasa? If people cant discuss potential presidents, what is the rally for? Prayers?
