Am I missing the joke. The cartoon is of Kalonzo and .... Where is Ruto. Am pursuing the matter but I need tangible evidence.

Ruto blowing a cobra? What joke is that? The URP's symbol the horn bt corrupted to be a cobra with Hon Ruto blowing it. That isnt a joke to me
