The original Murera land parcels have Titles. The smaller 40x60 are out of sub-division by owners who may not have any relationship with Nyakinyua. Thika lands office has been discouraging anything less than 50x100 which will explain why its difficult to process the title

African Coloner, i have a plot close to Immaculate catholic church - Murera Ruiru (3KM from TKA rd.). Do you know the current value for 1/4 acre in this area? Thanks in advance.

At the koma rock shrine kangundo road juction with the mitaboni machakos road 40x80 plots are currently going at 400k.
