Hi all,

Just got info that KIM Sacco is offering to buy back the Katani plots from owners at 700k per plot! Plots were sold for 140k each.

Their story is that they want to buy another parcel of land elsewhere and sub divide to the members due to the dust issues.

Somehow the story doesn't sound right!

Anyone with insider info?

Cheers

wakenya ni wanoma na mambo ya plot! Amazed that guys here knew about katani way back in 2011.
That said, katani has great prospects.Land prices in katani are escalating like crazy kwanza with the katani road under construction. You better off buying via the sacco, they do sufficient due diligence including clearance documentation from KAA

@Chaka, exactly unless they have a ready buyer for the block at a pre negotiated price including their mark up!

Let's wait and see how it plays out.

KIM Sacco Plots in Katani update!

Finally we have been asked to surrender the titles today and start the sale process.

Word is that they have a buyer lined up who is interested in the whole block for purposes of quarrying.

Anyone else here in Wazua with plots in the KIM Sacco block?

Any other intelligence you have gathered, please share
