the scariest thing is that there has not been a movement in the price today. what do they know that we don't? just thinking.

A simple definition of a cautionary statement:

"A Cautionary Statement is a text based on 'forward looking statements', a type of corporate disclaimer. Forward-looking statements allow companies to discuss the future whilst not being held to account if such statements do not come to pass."

Nothing new here. All responsible companies should issue such...

At the current price (6.70) how does TCL expect to conduct a rights issue to pay up the pending USD convertible bond???
