Used to train 3 x a week Mon,Wed and Thur or Fri. My training was aimed at getting trimmed and well cut. Mine was simple as below
Mon - Aerobics,Abs,obliques
Wed - Upper body - Arms,Shoulders,Chest,Back
Thur/Fri - Legs,calves (Upto 6 sets of 20 reps or to failure with lighter loads upto 140Lbs)
With this schedule I shaved off 12kgs in under 4 months.
