You guys sitting in Nairobi and thinking about making money on these routes are too late. The buses left some time ago.
Do you THINK that the transport companies looking for container yards have been waiting. I know of MANY of these guys who bought land there long time ago.
If you want residental plots, look at north coast- between Mtwapa & Vipingo.
If you want south coast, look before Diani or past it near Gazi.
