Intresting..i have read multiple threads from investing to real estate since i joined recently. Somehow i have isolated helpful advice in real estate and stocks where my intrest are. Perhaps my background help s a little. This site is a fabulous idea.actually its not difficult to sift through the advice. Have made money on my own,ave got the feeling the comments here improves me. However investment decisions will be mine entirely. A pawn on the seventh rank! Thats how i feel.

Somehow l get where @Drunkard is coming from... and it seems in his mind he figured by becoming a wazuan (or even a guest 4 that matter) he'd soon be out of the... "rat race" coz maybe he thought this an "expert only forum." But to his dismay he has come to the bitter realization that... just like every other market wazua too has it's own madman/woman!!!

And it seems that sieving thru these opinions (madman/woman) & facts (experts) is what could probably be holding him back from attaning his objective!!
