A comment on Nation website:
Its de-ja-vu all over again. The voices of the masses do not matter any more. Those in power continue to load over us. They come promising heaven and earth but once secure in power they start doing as they wish. we have said that for the sake of our offsprings, we should be careful what we do now.Wesring studs, dreadlocks, percing and wearing rings in our tongues, having tattoos all over, sagging our pants, name it, might appear to be 'freedom' in the short term, but in the long run its not. We should not condone this.

And now most kids are saying that when they grow up they would like to be judges, not even lawyers.

Opinion shifts fast in Wazua.

A few weeks ago, any one questioning the stud and Mutungas thinking on such issues was simply not tolerated.

Possibly the single biggest waste of a CJ press statement since Kenya's independence. It tops the "Experts for what" rant.

True that....wearing of studs and dreadlocks is the least of our worries as a nation when it comes to the judiciary. We have far much important issues on the table. I was never a fan before he became CJ and will never be!
Common sense is the most evenly distributed quantity in the world. Everyone thinks he has enough.
