The 95/- includes Biological Gains but still a very good performance. Can I afford to be patient? Yes.

2011-12 seems to be doing OK. What that means is that even with reduced production in 4Q 2010-11 (& drought going into 1Q 2011-12) the strong Tea Prices + weak KShs = Same PAT in 2011-12.

I might be a bit greedy, but once again i feel WTK has retained too much cash even with the enhanced dividend payouts.I am staying put though.

@guru,refer to the commentary accompanying the results release...an increase in property valuations contributed to the operational improvement.
EPS of 73 is not all from tea!

@cnn thanks for pointing that out... I believe the property revaluations are fairly insignificant if they chose to include them in the operating results..
Do they release a detailed annual report??

I also wanna know how much of the Operational Profits are from Tea/Timber/Biashare

Property Valuations probably for the various residential houses they own for Managers, etc but I wonder how much Williamson House [6 floors] is worth?

IMHO, they should sell 5 floors then distribute the cash to shareholders!!!

What is this talk about land in Karen?
