..... Be very afraid, the seller appears unsure about the land, 1992?.... check his posts, i was there last year and all land there is in 5 acre pieces. Due diligence necessary, about 25Kms from main road on earth road. All the best for those "interested" .

Land transactions are a complex affair. Google earth is good but for land deals its a no no. Con-men go to great lengths to attain land ref numbers then much undesirable things follow. Please divulge details only to interested buyers, let all the rest just speculate.

Av tried to search for the actual place men n i can't get the map the place is Mukuyu thats what made me settle for the price.

kflarge; To do a google map search you dont type an obscure name like in your case Mukuyu as this might not be on the map. Start with an easy reference like Kikuyu Town and then start tracing your "mukuyu" from there. You need proper Geography Skills to navigate through to get Maze and that's a sure way to show you really know where ur land is.
