I hope he is coming to say that he is no longer 'standing behind Ngilu' and she can now be charged :))

On a more serious note,i would be interested to hear what his advisors have crafted for him to read out loud ................

'Adresses the Nation' = a misnomer!!!

In the said speech, He purpoted to assure the Kenyans that security in the country is okay bla bla bla..
That one need not worry.....

Can he really guarantee anybody on matters security in Kenya!!

Earlier in a cabinet meeting today, he alluded to the frustrations he is facing within Govt.

@Ngalaka - yerp. Now...what was that seriously?? I conclude he was competing for space in the press, from a pariah event, the Hague event has been turned into a media circus. He can't stand the O-6 inadvertently taking all the limelight he cherishes.
