@pretty please dont mislead this person..
'Thugs hate publicity as once an issue is publicized, they avoid murdering someone as doing so would elicit emotional outpourling, outrage and demand for action from the public. The only time this imps would kill would be as a warning to the public but Kidnappers are hardly ready to do so unless they are Mungiki or a serious gang like chinkololo.'

THE MORE PUBLICITY YOU GENERATE THE WORSE THE VICTIM'S SITUATION GETS BECAUSE:
kidnappers dont know what to do with their captives once they find out they are on the spotlight, the best option is killing the victim to erase proof,,the worst criminal is a cornered criminal.
always remember, you do not know who has kidnapped your relative.they have nothing to lose except the money you fail to deliver( and they can get this from another victim)but you have everything to lose.

pay them the money, afadhali pesa ipotee ukilipa kidnapper and you get your brother alive, when life is concerned, dont try to be shylockhomes. wapatie...pesa ni kutafutwa hutafutwa, lakini maisha haiwezi kutafutwa.

kujaribu ndio kupata

I will comment on the idea of ignoring phone calls on the basis of them being anonymous or one doesn't know the number.Picking that call does not constitute any danger,it is the response/judgement thereafter, which places one on harms way.As a person who has attained majority age,one has to be able to make sound judgement.Everyone ought to be phone-smart.Ignoring that call might cause more damage[in all forms] than picking it.Just picture yourself looking an agonized family member or a close friend in the eye and telling them you are sorry you didn't pick up the call coz you thought blah! blah! blah! It doesn't feel a tad wise.

• Don’t lose hope
• But be very cautious
• Come up with Plan A,B,and C

Here is plan A,

• Go to either a Nation,Star or Standard Senior Crime reporter.
• Give them the story but ensure they won’t leak it out before your bro is found
• These reporters have contacts of some reliable officers in the police force who have dealt with such crime before with success.
• Once the police officers know the media is watching, they will put their best foot forward
• Kidnappers at times work with the police
• The last time I was kidnapped,my dad reported to the police
• When he was talking to the OCPD,the Kidnappers called my dad to say they knew he was talking to the OCPD.
• The OCPD most likely was in the deal. Who doesn’t know the police are actually some of the worst crime perpetrators.
• Due to such risk, come up with a fall back plan and call it plan B. Am working on it right now but don’t let it be the last option. In the meantime, agree to pay the guys but don’t actually do it unless this is treated money aimed at getting the kidnappers.

Stay young, keep your wheels in motion.

Was pretty aqcurate in her advice. The father whose son hd been kidnaped by Onyacha went to Nation, was directed to Sp Crime Prev Unit and the culprit was caught. This in the face of that Karen lady and others being killed and police failing to act even when they were given all crues to to the culprit. Is Pretty Intelligencia in disguise? Wher is this girl?
The signature of God runs in all things. Only fools fail to see it and believe in Him. However, others see it even where non exists - now you see where the false pastor comes in.
