None of them is my preferred presidential candidate so i am not looking at it from 2012 perspective.Neither do i take a harsh stance to say they should NOT come back,let justice be served and it could mean innocent or guilty.

I think what they mean is that they will cause instability through their gangs. I hope the ICC interprets this correctly and keeps the idiots behind bars!

Our greatest problem is not even tribalism,its ignorance/Ujinga.Kenyans wako na ujinga mwingi sana.Even Mzee Jomo Kenyatta knew it in 1963 when he said our greatest enemies were Poverty,Ujinga na.....cant remember the other one.But It seems like this ignorance/Ujinga has been our main problem all along....On another note as we talk of 2012 elections,I agree with Mutual Kilonzo..going by the current trend it is very unlikey that we shall have elections next year.There seems to be no urgency in creating the necessary laws etc etc

I have come to the conclusion that Executive GOK has gone rogue...
The purpose of Parliament is to Represent, Legislate and Oversee GOK...
The recent words and actions of these two arms have deviated very far from and with total disregard to popular opinion & the country's interest. All our senior politicians (and their allies) have only one thing in common... protecting number one.

Kalonzo is on a misguided mission and is ironically probably the one with the least to gain from his own actions. Insights on his thought process from wikileaks lead me to think that he once again thinks that he stands the best chance in 2012.
Plan of action: Save (or seem to try saving) UK & WR who will not be (easily if at all) directly electable... get "Mt. Kenya" and "Rift Valley" support / loyalty / gratitude... get Kibaki endorsement...get elected. The flaw in this one dimensional train of thought is that Kibaki, Raila & Ruto are fabulously cunning. I am almost sorry for Kalonzo.

Raila no longer has the balls / inclination to fight aggressively and is just paying lip service to the Hague process probably for political mileage in Kenya & in the USGov. He has lost my respect for this and maybe my vote in 2012.

Kibaki is too smart for me to understand completely. I suspect he wants to delay the August elections... no county budgets... no new county voter registers... no county based electorate... no elections... we wait as we set up "structures" of the new GOK... kazi iendelee. He may also be feeling guilty about 2008 and may want to save Mr. Muthaura if no one else.

These six of our brothers must pay and must be taken as an example so that at no other time will 1,000 Kenyans lose their lives so easily and unnecesarily.

I hold Ali less responsible than the rest... 3 years in Maximum Security at least (if found guilty)... The rest should do at least 10 years each(of course if found guilty).

Lastly, Kenya is not a Sovereign State as Kalonzo keeps singing. If it was he wouldnt be wasting our millions and his breadth on wazungus.

Kenya is not a Sovereign State, right now Kenya is hostage to:
1. The ICC judges and the Hague process (thank God),
2. A select few western "allies" in the UN (why????),
3. And worst of all our very own "disputedly elected and negotiated GOK" which in my opinion in very much unpatriotic.
