My thoughts on Nigeria, Kenya and other emerging developing economies, I can classify the real estate pricing using Kenya (Nairobi environs) as a ref point :-
- Upscale (karens, westlands etc) Over or fully
priced at the bubble stage.
- Emerging suburbs (kitengela etc) almost fully
priced moderate growth potential.
- Penny Lands (settlements behind emerging
suburbs) Cheaply priced at the moment.
Promising growth potentials for investment.
