Are these guys really genuine? if not where can i get genuine plots?


I dealt with Ndatani about two years ago when they were selling plots collaboratively with HFCK and it was a clean deal. Perhaps you should seek a clarification as to why the name differ's from Ndatani since it could still be their property under a different name. But heed the advice of your lawyer - realizing there are lots of plots available near the Newlight Rail where they are selling.

I agree they are genuine. Do no get cold feet. Have your lawyer deal with their lawyer because they always have a lawyer to transact their business.

Perdo - if you know the MD, please can you ask him to work on his webpage Ndatani dot com since its has not been working for a long time yet they have properties that can be advertised/viewed via the webpage.

We managed to take copy of search to Kajiado and we have established that the parcel belongs to Ndatani and not the other Jerotich lady. Our client the Vendor has already dispatched his guy to deliver the original title for correction of the anomaly. In the meantime kindly indulge us as we solve the same. Should you client be in extreme urgency kindly ask her to choose an alternative plot within the same area.

It seems the lawyers are streamlining whatever discrepancy exists between the documents. And luckily, it takes just a few days to get whatever documents they need from Kajiado. It seems an earlier (or even recent)transaction occurred but names were not changed accordingly, and this seems to be your worry. If you like the land parcel/plot, just give your lawyers the green light to ask for straightforward documents (which seems to be happening)and buy the land. The other lawyer seems to be asking for time to just do what you want. You will be fine, do not be in a hurry and everything will be fine.
