I'm no land expert, but I was on Kangundo Rd this weekend for the first time, and my impressions are:

1. really very low level type of development there, crooked buildings, very sparse development.
2. Doesn't look very safe...
3. Hard to access even using the bypass.

Maybe I'm wrong....
