I'm no land expert, but I was on Kangundo Rd this weekend for the first time, and my impressions are:

1. really very low level type of development there, crooked buildings, very sparse development.
2. Doesn't look very safe...
3. Hard to access even using the bypass.

Maybe I'm wrong....

ist reasonable to buy a plot in kitengele ton, abot 100 metres from coop bank? please advise
