Jubilee bloggers have released a damning report by Transparency international (TI) detailing how ODM governors have looted 67B to fund Raila's campaign.

The TI director has just seen the report on social media.

Two things, one, Transparency International never authored the said report. It was a fake one done by Jubilee propaganda brigade.

Secondly, there is a push to give the ICT job to Alex Kioni, son to Hon. Jeremia Kioni. He is an IBM authorized dealer and IBM is one of the partners contracted by IEBC this time. The call for a foreigner to take over is to reassure the country that the process is still safe.

It's less than a week to election day for heavens sake!
Is a new employee necessary for the elections!
And whats wrong with the said Jeremiah Kioni's Son getting the Job. I thought you guys are not supposed to be tribalists!!
