Weight issues are normally very weighty. My friend has been trying to lose weight for over 6 years now. She wants to get hitched but guys are afraid to propose coz of her weight and at-times it really depresses her. She doesn't know her exact weight coz she claims every time she tries to weigh herself the machine goes,,, "One person at a time". Is there anything that really works,,, really? please share

You mean like when she goes for an injection inatupwa kama darts?Sad Sijui if this actually works but heard it does - lemon sliced, lemon peels and tea leaves boil & drink concortion.

...I have a friend who goes to Weighbridge, Mulolongo to check her weight...

wendz a few tips. 1. Have you main meal during the day, jioni matunda ama nothing. You sleep better. 2. chai take without sugar you find better and you can take even an extra cup. 3. Take enough water. During the first days you might find it have but after sometimes you never feel like taking supper or tea with sugaar.

Yah @haiya, why do you want to add? Or it is pressure from peers and family? You are you! Be you!

...Will do that. Goes there once in a month. Have to go early or else you will queue with the trucks...
...The weight is taken in tonnes...which you will have to convert to Kgs in case you want to use it for official purposes...and make you feel human too!!!

I'd prefer to leave it in tonnes... they sound fewer... like 2 or 3 tonnes.. you know... unlike 100+ kgs that make people shiver when i mention it!
