What are you trying to say here? That you could read my mind and thought process or what? Why don't you hold your peace if you've nothing of value to say? was politely saying that your reasoning lacked the first six letters.

IEBC issued their statement today at noon. Elections must go on as scheduled.Below is their program. 10th July - Meeting with all presidential candidates. 11th July- Receive Public participation views. 12th July- Review of above. 14th.. I think is the set date to start printing?? According to chebukati the burden rests with the PPOA to draft the framework that will act as guide for public participation. Well, they have 9th and 10th to do all that..😦😦 The PPOA still provides room for direct procurement under the following conditions. 1. if there's urgent need for goods /services being procured 2. if because of urgency the other available methods are impractical 3.if the circumstances that gave rise to the urgency were not foreseeable and not as a result of dilatory conduct on behalf of the procuring entity. And yes IEBC will appeal says chebs. Do we even have time to follow due process? "The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good.

Do we even have time to follow due process? Interesting how these "gov't officials" seem to read my posts and do what I said should be done. The election is on 8/8. Watu wapende wasipende. Cases can go on until 8/7 midnight. On 8/9 the rest of us go on with our biacharars. If these people can not do that work, they should resign now and save us the embarrassment. In 2022 Ruto who shall be an underdog shall depend on these very court cases that people are complaining about now. By they way if the review is just a paper review, ole wao. There shall be another court case on the 14th. Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?

If there is an "intetest" or relationship between lawyers and Judges in normal democracies the Judge excludes himself or herself.

Lots of back and forth on what might have influenced the ruling! I think for starters we need to ask ouselves how the three bench court reached its verdict - on the the maters that they ruled on - there were several issues on which they gave determination, aside from the public participation issue. Where all these reached on consensus by all three! - i.e were all three Judges of the same mind on all these issues. Once we get the split if any, then we can talk from there. Separately, long before joining the bench, John Mativo was openly supporting Raila. Isuni yilu yi maa me muyo - ni Mbisuu

Here in Wazua, apart from @FRM2011, the usual RAO supporters, the dyed in the wool ODMers are not hidding their disdain for Chebukati and Co!! Here in Wazua, apart from @FRM2011, the usual RAO supporters, the dyed in the wool ODMers are not hidding their disdain for Chebukati and Co!! there are some jobs in kenya where once you take, you are screwed whichher way you behave. iebc's work is already damn hard as it is and is bound to have a several screw ups here and there. now when you add the political angle where whoever loses says you rigged, it becomes a radioactive job. i personally know the ceo and he is as an upright person as you can get. by the time the politico shall be through with him though, a good number of kenyans will think the worst of him. think one day he may look back and wonder why he even applied for that job.

Here in Wazua, apart from @FRM2011, the usual RAO supporters, the dyed in the wool ODMers are not hidding their disdain for Chebukati and Co!! You know Chebukati and the other commissioners joined IEBC the other day. And their only interest is influencing the tenders, collect their cut and retire rich. Most don't care who wins. A dangerous combination of greed and incompetence. Biased ? No. Have you ever heard a Koinange street girl who refused to take in a client because of tribe ? Religion ? Political affiliation ? Trouble is at the secretariat. These guys run IEBC. NASA made some grave allegations against the Director of voter registration. IEBC didn't bother to respond. But when you look at the drama surrounding the register, you can tell where the problem is. Ask yourself even if you are not an IT expert. In every database, you have the main identifier. E.g Adm No. in a high school or university, Reg no for a motor vehicle registry. This number cannot be shared. It is also defined in such a way that if it has 6 characters, all alpha-numeric, an entry that fails that condition cannot be accepted. IEBC are holding the most sensitive of databases in Kenya. Its their only job for the last four years. The primary key identifier is the ID number. In Kenya all ID numbers have either 7 or 8 characters. And here we are with 3-digit, 4-digit, 5-digit identity cards. We have over 300,000 double registrations. ID No.12345678 belongs to a young guy in Nandi born in 1990. India published online their 800M list of voters. Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda did the same. It is a legal requirement. But IEBC wamekaa ngumu. NASA bought a copy for 20K and the number of issues coming up are unbelievable.
