@Gordon Gekko you forgot that gem of information where Ohana said they were cleaning up the books of subsidiaries where due to misreporting the profit could have been higher probably PAT 1.6B ....the impact of the clean up will show in the first half of 2015 since the cleanup is still ongoing.

This chap Ochami has 100 shares in virtually all listed companies. He is always the first one to speak at any AGM I have attended and almost always, is out of line with the issues being discussed. Yesterday, he was asking for tea at the AGM.

@Selah thanks for sharing. what clean up is that? Should we be worried about the state of the books?

Was the clean-up done/started/completed in 2014?
What did you infer he meant by 'cleaning up the books of the subsidiaries'?
What did you infer he meant by 'misreporting the profit'? [Is this in 2014 or earlier?]
If the clean-up is ongoing then will KK take write-offs and write-downs in 2015? [Clean up exercises usually lead to provisions, write downs, etc].

@heri he was suggesting that due to poor record keeping from subsidiaries they have seen hiden value that would have had a great impact on the bottom line....a positive impact.....also in the 2014 report their was a misreporting which pat lai gave the correct figures for segment information in note 5 of the financial report...

The exercise of cleaning up the books has been completed as of the q1 2015. Month on month basis books of subsidiaries are kept on actual basis.

Ex-dividend and stable with good volume is a pointer to something of interest beyond the dividend
