Key words MAY, they therefore are not compelled.

The constitution however doesnt push for the use of technology in elections

As many have pointed out, this case depends on the retallying and scrutiny of form 35 and 36......which surprisingly was not among CORD'S prayers.

I know the agents doing the re-tally were sworn to secrecy....but in my opinion, if they would have found any discrepancy by now, it would already have been leaked.

So far...nothing.
