Corporation SecretaryI think this is taking it too far in wanton wastage of company resources, and minority shareholders should demand Kemei's removal! Who told him that we have a problem with Mwarania? He needs to leave and let KenyaRe make value for "customers and other stakeholders"!

Mwarania may never see the inside of his former office but the judgement gives him an upper-hand to 'amicably" part ways with Ken-Re. cc. Only a novice would imagine that the courts would return anyone to work.. Precedence litters these Kenyan corporate battle walkways..
