It will be very interesting to see what the report the PAC comes up with and how Bunge will eventually vote. There is CORD especially the Luo Nyanza wing not wanting to contradict Raila who already said Waiguru was guilty, the URP wing who I suspect will never forgive her for Rugut's exit and TNA wanting to support their person. Again, because the Media has also judged her, each MP will be hesitant to be seen to side with her. That is the sad thing about a political system.

That will be very interesting to watch, in a court of law, she will be declared innocent, will the rest be "hanged"? What happened to Maryanne Keitany with the 200M?

I agree. In a court of law, she has no case...no wonder no agency has recommended for her prosecution.

Endangering national security, lying under oath, dishonesty and subversion of justice are very serious offenses, and are crimes that would make a candidate banned from running for president even in banana republics. That is how serious that email scandal is.

What is becoming apparent is that digital systems will be determining leaders going forward... in kenya it's IFMIS, in the US it's emails... hacking of emails...Russians.... not surrendering emails... use of private servers. People will now be communicating using ephemeral messaging! kweli mambo ni digital.. I am waiting for whatsapp to get it's time in the sun (Bro Ochola style)

Some interesting things to note about Waiguru's appearance..... When her accusers appeared in the PAC, their word about Waiguru was gospel truth without need for evidence. For Waiguru, she was asked to backup every statement.....she had the best flow of information, but was the most interrupted. She was even asked about irrelevant things.... and MPS from Baba's backyard asked may be more than 70% of the questions....they may have been the most diligent or were looking for evidence for baba to support him in the defamation suit filed by Waiguru...

I found that very disturbing. And I think the reason why we are not able to find solutions is because we have stupid leaders. Am sorry to say but the questions being asked were mostly foolish. John Mbadi, Abdikadir are the only people who asked reasonable questions.

Gumbo is useless, i dont even know how he got to head such a committee, why not Mbadi?

Then the women mps...eish, mara flower girls, representing women....ei, decorum is highly needed.

And whoever tried to fix her now realises that the Jubilee administration itself is at the risk of going home at 8 A.M. come August 7 2017. The evidence leads to one of the head honchos of the administration. The one that Baba once referred to as the high priest.

Records would show session data usage by "an agent" (agent being whatsapp) ...as for destination, called parties, Safcom wouldn't be able to provide that...only Whatsapp (and probably the NSA, though Whatsapp says the channels are encrypted) can give actual call records

@murchr, I have seen this document being shared by cord bloggers on Twitter. Is it a true record ? The cord guys are really focussing on a Mr. Gatheca muhoho who was communicating regularly with Ben Gethi.

If it's from waiguru's submissions, then things can only get murkier.
