it could have been wiser not to mention the rights to shareholders for now because this adds more caution to already scared investors and the share price will start to factor a rights issue

What have the workers done/not-done? Change should be at the top not bottom. Workers don't manage!

You are right the top managemnt is the problem, but with that also comes employing of your people at the lower ranks even when there is no job to be done

its not that there is something they have not done,but mumias must start with a manageable wage bill

As i predicted earlier, mumias was on a 10% upward trend today. The trend is expected all along the week as follows

today .....2.95
Tuesday....3.20
Wednesday..3.50
Thur.......3.85
Fri..... 4.20
