Has he been let off the hook entirely or is it that he will not take sole responsibility for the crime, and when the charges are read he will be alongside KRA staff, Mumias Staff, Gova insiders and everyone who had a role in it?

The only hope of getting out for now is the government bailout. Otherwise I could have been munched beyond recognition by marauding and all time gory speculators. Will this info be material announcement?

Let Mumias die. Just as any firm that cannot stand on its own. Why penalize the hard-working, sensible and 'good' management of other firms to support black holes like KQ & Mumias?

Kenol, BAT, EABL, KenRe, Equity, etc pay taxes on profits that are wasted on the likes of NBK, Mumias, KQ...
Was a bailout provided for (private) ADSS or did they let it find its own path out (or die)?
Access found itself a buyer when things were becoming hot.

Don't subsidize money pits. GoK borrows money at 14+% [10 yr T-Bonds] to throw money into black holes. We see this over and over again.
