@obiero accumulate there is mini-bloodbath in this counter. John 5:17 But Jesus replied, “My Father is always working, and so am I.”

UberAir service? Their pricing offers no competitive advantage that comes with Uber. Trying to come home for the weekend. EBB/NBO. Departure Saturday/Return Sunday. KQ- 547usd. RwadAir- 274usd. Sax-239usd (late Friday flight and return Sunday). And I checked these prices like half an hour ago.

It's been 2 years since I used KQ to EBB or KGL after I found RwandaAir provides direct NBO-EBB service. Cheaper. And the stewardesses provide some visual gratification too. #TeamMafisi Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

KQ’s bankers ease loan terms as carrier eyes Sh60bn bailout http://www.businessdaily...8/-/xqcpgh/-/index.html
Good news for KQ but which banks have lent to KQ? That's $250,000,000 in NPLs. Some loans will be restructured but there's a price to pay in lost cashflow (repayments), opportunity cost and potential write-offs. Have the loans to KQ been classified as NPLs? Have they been provided for? When will they be taken into the P&L? Or is the can being kicked down the road 2-5 years from now? Greedy when others are fearful. Following day when I wanted to pay was told system ticketing issue, price i USD 540. I cancelled my trip. RWADAIR cost was USD 275. Only problem was time of flights. I don't see how KQ will remain competetive

Its listing price was Ksh11.25 in 1996 whereby 110,000 new investors bought in.. KQ's shares then went down to KSh 6 in 1997 and were stuck there for a long spell until 2002-2005s when the share rose to a high of KES 126.. KES 4.30 is its lowest price ever. My people, we are at the bottom of the barrel KQ ABP 4.26

I agree with @Obiero ... KQ will be a star! Forget that the NAV is only NEGATIVE KES 33bn. Not relevant. KQ isn't bankrupt just underwater. Forget that KQ has likely sold 2 planes at less than BV & might take another write-down. Not relevant. Book losses. Forget that KQ owes Kenyan banks $250,000,000. Small potatoes. KQ can just sell one 787 and repay the loans. Forget that KQ owes KES 157bn to creditors. Small potatoes. Who wouldn't buy another Eurobond to support KQ? Forget that KQ's staff always threatening to go on strike or on a slow down. They can be fired. Forget that KQ has some 'untouchable' staff/pilots. They can be assigned lighter duties at the same salary. Forget that KQ needs 1-2 years to turn the corner. The corner is not a coroner. Forget that KQ has 'expensive' fuel hedges through Sep 2016. They just seem expensive because oil is at $33. Buy KQ shares. Fly KQ. *The above information is for entertainment purposes only. Don't be stupid.* Greedy when others are fearful. *The above information is for entertainment purposes only. Don't be stupid.* Hehe. Im entertained. Thanks.. The negative equity some people keep pointing out shall be sorted in one touch by GoK. Im not proud that serikal had to come rescue KQ, but beggars arent choosers. More will become clear in next few weeks for the general public.. My final decision date remains 02.04.16.. Meanwhile I have attained an average buy price of sub 80 :) KQ ABP 4.26
