You can pay at any branch of co-operative bank or national bank, or make a bankers cheque in favour of commissioner of customs (my preferred method) and give it to your clearing agent.

I'm not sure of the account numbers, your clearing agent should help you with that.

Best applicable on classics (Minis etc). Import to uganda. Take your classic jalopy across the border and do an overhaul. Drive back to our beloved country.

Ask guys who own minis in pristine condition... Come to think of it, I have seen 3L sharks on sbt at crazy figures like 3000CIF Mombasa... Think outside the box...
