These businesses are in Nairobi and its sad that now the women are the heads of their families.It's time to 'guchokia rui mukaro'.Men have adopted a passive strategy and our women have become more and more aggressive.This is not only happening in the businesses but also in the employment.Women are very aggressive while the men have become passive talking about football and politics the whole day.
