At Stamford Bridge they are not interested in developing players, managers are signed with high salaries to win trophies that's why every manager who goes there gets what they want, money to bring in new signings! Why is it that when a manager fails to perform Roman gets blamed but when they win a trophy its the technical team that is praised, I just don't get! AVB had the full support of the owner but the same can't be said about the players. Look at the Chelsea squad (apart from Mata) players who were the best in the league have been mediocre this season. I don't think that has anything to do with Roman, as owner of the club he had to make a decision.

Pep Guardiola's contract at Barca will be over at the end of this season and he's in no rush to sign an extension. He has already achieved so much at Barca and the EPL might be an interesting challenge for the Spaniard. There are so many options available for Roman all he has to do is pick one!
