The firearms and ammo were found in a safe alongside a bulletproof jacket. www.the-star.co.ke/news/...ullets-found-fidels-room He was licensed. Non? from the same article he conveniently left out: I thought the license is normally for a pistol and 20 bullets for personal security. Not for 3 AK 47 assault rifles and 2000 bullets plus bullet proof jackets. Not necessarily. You can buy as many bullets as you need to. and you can buy other guns/rifles etc. How would you practice shooting with only 20 bullets when a simple one time drill will easily take 16? In any case, a pack comes with a lot more than that. So this means once you get the certificate you can go on a shopping spree of rifles, maybe order them by the truckload? Not really. But @Wendz is right. Once you have a license, tiz always easier to buy additional firearms. It's allowed. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..
