I am yet to come across a terrorist act that is linked to an IED or VBIED that is not linked to Islam. Its not Kenya, all over the world. Its always Shia/Sunni attacking each other, muslims against minorities like Christians, and muslims linked organizations against innocent people at the Market place or restaurants.
