Just wondering how the Kajiado governor can build a multi million shilling library in a county which has no proper water supply system.Do these governors really know or care about the needs of their people?

Wonders will never cease. Tharaka-Nithi county has rejected all medical officers, dentists and pharmacists recently posted there by the national gov't claiming that the county's wage bill is bloated. Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.
