I am only concerned about the sellers. Why sell now. Surely. Fair value KES 12 .
The current share price of Kenya Airways Limited (KQ) is KES 6.30. KQ closed its last trading day (Monday, January 13, 2025) at 6.30 KES per share on the Nairobi Securities Exchange (NSE), recording a 9.8% gain over its previous closing price of 5.74 KES. Kenya Airways began the year with a share price of 3.83 KES and has since gained 64.5% on that price valuation, ranking it 1st on the NSE in terms of year-to-date performance.

Kenya airways shares were consolidated,if you had 10,000 they were reduced to 2500... how comes the shares you indicate to own have never changed?

What do the buyers see?
I see razor thin margins, less than 1% as at half year.
Colossal debt. Negative equity. Strong pilots and staff union.

@mlennyma remember that minority shareholders were diluted by 95% in 2017 KQLC LTD restructure
