amii Bora opted out and the loan repayments for September and October were settled hence lower issued shares. This is relatively obvious
The main story sold to shareholders for consolidation, was that Consolidation was necessary in order to facilitate for a rights issue.Only Jamii bora saw through the scam. Now the story after consolidation is a buyout, which at the moment is at depressed prices, thus the only one benefiting from this is the government who can now buy 1 share instead of 4 at bargain depressed prices.Lets face it, shareholders were played/scammed by the government.
