Hola amigos, buenos dias.....here's what I've been up to! I know....i've been inactive since Oct. 2013...had some very urgent issues that had to be taken care of! Thank G-d all is well now!
At the moment, everything in the building is completely done, todos, done!I could have tenants move in right away but there are two things I'll be doing ASAP before accepting anybody to move in....Here's what's left to be done.....
1.Perimeter walling (materials are procured and ready)
2.Landscaping - debating cabro, poured concrete, or kokoto (you know the tiny ones)
3.Well paying tenants

Otherwise, here's the almost completed project.....














































That's it for now folks! I'll post pics when I have the perimeter walling done! Hopefully soon!

Congrats @penny stocker for the achievement so far.Am impressed. Am still struggling with mine at Riat Hills, currently completed internal plastering and fixed the doors. Planning to fix the window glasses next month.
