How many shares is Peter Ndewa holding in Safaricom?
Safaricom being headed by a Kenyan may sink MSC, KQ and Uchumi style et al.

There are Vodafone executives in safaricom who still call shots.

Peter Ndegwa is a white man in black skin

The worry is not Peter ndegwa vs. Safaricom but it is GoK vs. Safaricom. Theyre calling the shots already and interfering. Ndegwa may be a good man but if he is going to be the governments puppet safaricom is doomed in matters such as mpesa split. Hope vodafone have thought this through but on citizen MJ looked like a man who has lost hope in this company and now it is a state run entity which all go down.

Tuseme ukweli, this guy is guaranteed to be on the 2027 ballot box. The only question is whether it will be at governor level or president level Laughing out loudly

Dude (Peter Ndegwa) has his future, reputation & legacy to think about. He operates at his own level and would want to move on to other jobs after this not only for money/salary but self actualization. I don't think he will f@€k this up! Vodafone is also still in the picture...
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Even with Ndegwa as CEO, Michael Joseph is still on the board. That alone is enough confidence for me. If he's the man behind Senetor Keg he can steer Safaricom to greater heights.

Seems like those who were waiting for it to go down today after the announcement are really disappointed. As I said earlier 30/- by the end of OCT is very possible.

If he does not hold any, Safaricom will eventually eventually buy him some like they buy other senior staff.
