In Kirinyaga, all the 4 sitting Mpigs have lost miserably and in Keiyo, of 18 MCAs, only one has been re-elected. It's massacre!

KIRINYAGA GUBERNATORIAL RESULTS:

So far, Anne Waiguru has a total of 173,014 votes. The incumbent Joseph Ndhathi has 19,078 out of the 313 polling stations. 2 more to go.

And these governors loosing their sits in these strongholds(which is as good as them going home officially), how will they manage the office between now and August? Are there measures in place to ensure they don't steal even more?

Watu wanechoka - tena....
One day we will get it right.

I'm still surprised ODM Kidero direct ticket. They will regret it because he is easily beatable even within the party.

BBI will solve it

Not just governors even mps with the cdf kitty.
I think the old system where parliament was dissolved worked right so that access to some of these offices was restricted from the outgoing mps.

More of them need to go

Let's give everyone an equal chance to eat nyama.

2022 will surely be a game changer. These MoU and pacts signed 2013 and 2017 will be rendered useless.

Somebody who was 8 years old in 2013 will vote in 2022. while quite a number of people who were in mid 50s in 2013 will be dead

Joyce Laboso, Anne Waiguru, Cecily Mbarire, Charity Ngilu, Who will be the first woman govenor?

Probability

Anne Waiguru - 70%
Cecily Mbarire - 60%
Joyce Laboso - 50%
Charity Ngilu - 50%

Those drunk with the 2022 succession equation - Anne Waiguru has a higher probability of being the kikuyu "queen" than PK. He's too nonchalant.

Wavinya ndeti - 70%. Cobra squad ain't coming back.

Waiguru will face Martha in Aug. Both are from Gichugu. Whoever gets the home area support carries the day.

From Sept this year, PK takes his rightful place as the community leader. Stop hating.

She might not even get the party nomination.

2. Wiper is dead in Machakos - word on the ground is the only chama one should be loyal to is chama cha mathiko (ya mazishi) hio ingine ni kelele tu. Even in 2013 when cord was fire Machakos had about 3 wiper mps. Kaloozer only shines in Kitui and Makueni.

But dissolving happens in respect to the main elections. This is just the party nominations
