Banning all rallies for security reasons? So we can safely assume their will be no presidential address at Nyayo stadium or Uhuru park on Sunday???

Baba should have stayed in the US forever. Now see ile chida ameleta with his coming back while the country has been quiet and peaceful for the past few months when he was away.
