With all these idiots milling around (onlookers, 'good' samaritans, press, biz owners, relatives, paparazzi, red cross, watchmen, idle APs, evacuees) what would happen if there is a sudden burst of gunfire / ED?? An ideal escape diversion tactic. Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.
