Njuri Ncheke, athuri a nyumba etc would have decided the issues is a few hours sitting, have a mbuzi for all parties to partake, shake hands and all go home satisfied. This one the lawyers are lining their pockets, the SC sitting to hear what they are paid to do and the taxpayers foot the bill! Even my 10 yrs old daughter knows who the winner was but no "opinions" here. Lets keep watching and wait for the obvious later in the week.
