Zuku is now raising subs while conning us that bandwith will increase.

The new rates for the R packages are:
. Premium R10 - 10mbps (currently 4299..new price 4799/-..new bandwidth =15mbps)
.Premium R20 - 20mbps (currently 5499..new price 5799/-..new bandwidth =30mbps)
. Premium R50 - 10mbps (currently 9999..new price 10,499/-..new bandwidth =60mbps)
These R packages include over 100 TV channels.
For the below packages,standard TV channels are 60 in total while the other TV channels are available on a buy through package of either 499/= classic or 999/= premium.
. Infinite 10mbps (currently 4099..new price 4499/-..new bandwidth =15mbps)
. (Infinite 20mbps ( currently 5299..new price 5599/-..new bandwidth =30mbps)
. Infinite 50mbps (currently 9799/-..new price 9999/-..new bandwidth=60mbps.).

their upload speed is just ridiculous very very low.it should be atleast half the download speed offered for the different packages.I guess they donot want people doing allot online.Until the improve on the upload speed indeed this download speed increase is just a con game

ZUKU content needs improving and but one thing i can say is this......they have just about the best call centre services or assistance that i have ever experienced in Kenya.
Regarding the other issues, i cannot comment because i travel alot and my family are the ones using their services.
