I'm reading that the fire that was started resulting in emittance of thicn black smoke was by the KDF. It appears it was a tactic that seemed to have worked in smoking out the terrorists- pun intended. Anyone with more info on how exactly this plan worked?

How would you know they have taken a bribe?
