Yeah they are doing some gym hapo cargo...

A very petty letter that goes personal on many instances.. Moses Ndiema could be a significant part of the problem at KQ

Well isn't this the exact thing that happened with Sebastian...? Why not have an open recruitment process? Trust me if they go the same route this will be the end of the airline...

This was supposed to be the next CEO.... Until the plan was scuttled.

On 29 May 2019, she resigned as CEO of Flybe, with her departure taking effect on 15 July of the same year. The move came folowing recurring financial problems in the company, which will be taken over by Connect Airways, a consortium of Virgin Atlantic, Stobart Air and a US investor.

So Sebastian was/is supposed to remain to work on the nationalisation deal as this lady became CEO....

Facts now out in the public domain. Why all these incompetent women on all the plum positions at this Company?

Nothing wrong with Ndiemaโ€™s letter considering his level of education. Whoever did the letter conveyed the message to us.

KALPA now need to also step in and demand an open process to recruit a new CEO.

Unions are not part of the problems at KQ. An incompetent management team is behind all the issues bedevilling the Airline.

Look at this Hellen Mwariri thing - Was there any process followed during her recruitment?
