Uganda not worth talking about. Without intra-Africa and international transfers to shore up the regional numbers then it is hard for them to be profitable and remain as a viable Airline which can compete.

What EAC needs is a single "national" airline that serves this part of the world well.
Establish an airline and divide ownership and executive positions amongst the three member states.
But with the pride that comes with ownership of a national airline,my guess is the member states won't agree to such an arrangement.
