Lower purchasing power. Regulatory concern about oral nicotine poaches, however this can change fast and make a huge turnaround. I am holding a STRONG SELL for now. 320 BUY LONG TERM - HOLD coz a 11.5% return is not bad if the dividends goes down to 40. Opportunity cost. Why hold BAT when there are companies growing at double digits and with easier growth paths. Ama kuna watu wanapenda tu kuteseka. Since 11th June, shareholders received 10/- interim, 60/- final and the price is 580. And I know at 10/- will be paid as an interim for FY26. @VVS - Imeiva!!! Wacha watu waedelee kuongea. We can't talk too much because it is unAfrican to speak with food in your mouth!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

You go back all the way to 2023 to justify an unknown agenda against Obiero? You of all characters must know that things at the stock exchange mutate constantly. And remember, I detest dividends below 6% as you are only staying within inflation band. Use the below as your latest analysis critique Stocks to avoid 09.07.2026: cabl, carb, egad, evrd, ftgh, hafr, knre, kurw, kq, lhkl, msc, nbv, nmg, och, port, sasn, sgl, smer, tcl, uchm, umem, unga, xprs COOP 306,100 ABP 31.96, KEGN 112,100 ABP 10.64, MTNU 131,000 ABP 10.21

@Obiero said Stocks to avoid 09.07.2026: cabl, carb, egad, evrd, ftgh, hafr, knre, kurw, kq, lhkl, msc, nbv, nmg, och, port, sasn, sgl, smer, tcl, uchm, umem, unga, xprsLakini, some of these ni stories za jaba just to make it look good. Tunajua, crap like cables+tcl+msc are suspended so hakuna kitu to avoid. Then other bandia firms eg KQ, HAFR, OCH, UCHM, Sameer, sgl, Xprs, nmg, etc Now let's discuss [the very few] serious firms in that list. Only one I truly like is CARB. CARB - It makes REAL profits. [ They export to Southern Africa! Price is 3x from its lows and paid nice dividends]Sasini - I am not a fan but I think we will see better results going forward especially if they can sell some of the farms. Unga - 1H26 showed signs of recovery. I think 2H will be decent BUT no dividend. Majority shareholder has hobbled it. Greedy when others are fearful. There is a time I questioned this list and asked who buys most of these stocks especially in Wazua. It is just a bandia list! It is like a person pretending to be an expert in marriage "advising" educated and above average people and telling them the types of spouse to avoid and goes like: Murderers, child molesters, violent criminals, bla bla bla!!! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

"Do you know at a certain random time the price of x was this and at another random time it was that. Those random times have nothing to do with anything or most probably are the opposite of what I had suggested at the time but never mind! Let's subtract and divide!!!" Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
